The Vilcanota/Urubamba river valley is a beautiful place to visit, starting at Pisac, just 30 kilometer from Cusco. A unique typical Andean town which on Sundays is filled with locals in their colorful traditional costumes, trading goods after a traditional mass and procession. This market is also open on Thursdays. On the hilltop is located the archeological complex, a strategic Inca stronghold with fine stone work and superb view of agricultural terraces and the valley. Begins 8:00 a.m and finish around 6:00 p.m

We visit traditional Pisaq market and Pisaq ruins, after that we lunch and then we visit the amazing Ollantaytambo fortress, at the end of our excursion we visit the temple and Inca ruins of Chinchero.

Begins at 2:00 p.m. and finish around 6:00 p.m.

We visit the Cathedral, Coricancha, and the Inca remains of Sacsayhuaman, Quenqo, Puca Pucaka and Tambomachay.
